BiCSi is a comprehensive, non profit trade association whose interests cover the broad telecommunication spectrum of voice, data and communications industries.

The prime goals of BiCSi is to lead the telecommunication industry in the enhancement of quality service and methods through education, promoting skill sharing and assessing knowledge with professional registration programs.

The ultimate qualification is the status of BICSI RCDD (registered communications distribution designer).
